Terms of placement
Paid advertising
Internet City sells public advertising placement. A payment does not create a real property interest, ownership right, quality award, or endorsement.
Placement period
A placement starts after Stripe confirms payment and Internet City applies the payment to the selected placement. The placement continues until another valid buyer pays at least 25% more for the same placement, or until Internet City removes it for a rule or legal violation.
Takeovers and returns
Past tenants do not receive a return when a later buyer takes the placement. If two new payments race and a payment does not receive the placement, Internet City returns that payment to the original payment method.
Buyer promises
The buyer must have the right to use all submitted names, words, and links. The buyer must not submit illegal, deceptive, harmful, adult, hateful, or infringing content. Internet City can remove content that creates risk or breaks these rules.
Safety review
Internet City uses automatic checks before payment. A check can block a listing or fail to find harmful content. The buyer remains responsible for the listing. Internet City can review or remove a listing after payment when new information shows a rule or legal problem.
Service changes
Internet City can change the visual building, traffic systems, or technical service. Internet City will not change the paid takeover threshold for an active checkout without showing the new amount before payment.
