CITY CODE / LEASE RULES
The rules are the game.
Money is the only ranking input. These simple rules make every address clear before a buyer pays.
One tenant per office
An office can show one company, product, creator, or public profile. The listing must link to a working public address.
Floors start at one dollar
Floor 1 begins at $1. Each higher floor adds $1. Floor 7 begins at $7.
The penthouse starts at $25
The penthouse is one premium placement. A larger payment keeps it against a higher takeover payment, but does not change its size.
Pay once
The buyer makes one payment. There is no subscription. The placement stays active until a valid takeover.
Pay more, get more room
An office payment changes its width compared with the other office on the same floor.
Takeovers need 25% more
A new buyer must pay at least 25% more than the current tenant paid for that placement.
Payment is not quality
Internet City sells advertising space. A large office does not mean that a product is better, safer, or approved.
Building history stays public
When a placement changes tenants, the old tenant, payment, and dates stay in the public record.
Payment races are returned
If another valid payment takes the placement before a payment is applied, Internet City returns the payment that did not get it.
Unsafe listings do not reach payment
Internet City reads the public website, finds its favicon or X profile photo, and runs local and AI safety checks before Stripe Checkout starts.
